At J&T RD Prep Course, we provide high-quality digital products and live courses designed to help you prepare for the RD exam. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances once access is granted.

Digital Products

All purchases of digital content—including but not limited to:

Online courses
Practice exams
Downloadable materials (PDFs, guides, etc.)
On-demand video lessons

They are non-refundable once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or used in any way. Access includes logging into a course portal, opening course materials, or streaming content.

Live Courses & Virtual Classes

Enrollment in live classes, virtual workshops, webinars, and bootcamps is also non-refundable. Your payment secures your seat and helps us allocate resources to deliver a high-quality experience.

If you are unable to attend a live session, please contact us at support@rdprepcourse.com. We may offer a recording or alternative solution, if available, at our discretion.

Subscription Plans

If you are on a recurring subscription plan, you may cancel future billing at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining time on your current billing cycle once the content has been accessed.

Exceptional Cases

We understand that emergencies happen. If you believe your case warrants special consideration, please get in touch with us at support@rdprepcourse.com. Any exceptions to this policy are rare and made at our sole discretion.
